One woke moron will not get a conviction.
There are woke pukes on juries, but they only might make up a portion of the box. When you trust your future on one man - the judge - you need to factor in how many woke judges are out there, judges that love to legislate from the bench and overrule sane laws.
Agree in the case of this judge, but I believe they can’t switch to letting the judge decide now. On the other hand, in a trial in DC the defendant may be facing both a woke jury and judge.
