The longer it goes on, the worse I feel. This means there are at least a few jurors that want to convict Rittenhouse on something—anything at all!

And how many of those jurors are anti Second Amendment? If they convict him it’ll be a shot across the bow to gun carrying Americans. They’re coming for our guns next.
I don’t know - I think they’re probably deliberating self-defense only because they didn’t ask for paper on the reckless endangerment charge.
I figure they are debating self defense first. If they say its self defense, everything goes away. If they all agree it isn’t, then they proceed to evaluate which charges fit. And if they remain in disagreement over self-defense, no use debating the charges and they are at an impasse.
I cannot imagine a ration mind NOT seeing the self defense perspective when a mob is chasing after you to take you down. The guy witht he skateboqard wasn’t carrying it for riding, as he demonstrated on Kyle! The supposed medic wasn’t carrying a handgun to shoot rats in garbage cans. The one trying to take the AR from Kyle wasn’t going to bend the barrel so the gun could not shoot. These mobs are not chasing people down to kiss them.
The jury has now requested 11 copies of pages 7 through 36 of the jury instructions. They had earlier asked for and received 11 copies of the first 6 pages.

Getting nervous. If they were all unanimous in not guilty, they would be out by now. The “active shooter” theme brought forth by the prosecution is probably working on several jurors. I can see many women also going with “why did he bring a gun if he was trying to help, that he went there looking for trouble”.
This means they made the decision on self-defense first and have now moved forward. Not good.
They have to go through the evidence, their notes of the testimony, 36 pages of jury instructions, endless video. The trial was 2 weeks, so the information they have to sift through is massive. That's what I'm telling myself, at least, that they are being meticulous with what they have. Tomorrow I will start worrying.
