A New Hampshire lawmaker on Tuesday switched his party affiliation from Republican to Democrat due what he says is the Republican House leadership's anti-vaccine stance.
"I cannot stand idly by while extremists reject the reasonable precautions of vaccinations and masks," Rep. Bill Marsh of Brookfield said in a statement. "And so I have reluctantly changed my party affiliation. I urge others to consider what is happening and come to their own conclusions."
In an interview with NBC10 Boston, Marsh said the last straw was a rally held by New Hampshire House Republicans on Tuesday opposing President Joe Biden's proposed COVID-19 vaccine requirement for large companies. "They're calling for a special session to basically do the same thing (Florida Gov. Ron) DeSantis is doing in Florida," he said.

Bingo...especially in soviet Red Hampshire.
Meaning that he isn’t a Democrat?
“Live Free Or Die” does not reside with this one.
>>>a solid guy<<<
Seems pretty wishy-washy to me . . . just another enabler of baby murder.
NH Repubs, as with most New England state Repubs, are RINOs....
Most GOP politicians aren’t ant-vaccine, but rather anti-mandate. Big difference.
Nope, most likely it a RINO who is every unpopular with his voters.
These clowns always try to save themselves by switching parties. Problem for them is the Dems have penalty of their own candidates who want the job and have no use, outside propaganda, for these stodges.
This switching parties gimmick is basically a public act of political suicide.
A time for calling. Everyone knows that Trump isn’t going anywhere weather he runs or not. It’s time for him to do call out for all those that have RINO tendencies. It’s a time for choosing just like RR said once before. They’re free to choose as Friedman said.
To Mark Fortier:
Is it because of the GOP “anti-vaccine” stance, or because of the GOP “anti-vaccine MANDATE” stance? Curious readers want to know, Mark.
Same playbook as “anti-climate change”, Mark?
Obviously he is not.
Now on to what his constituents think. Will they force him out? Or will they let him stay?
Thank you for the inside take on him.
What do think of his stance? Are these “vaccines” valid, in your opinion?
I was vaccinated on 12/16 and 1/7.
Draw your own conclusions.
Indeed a mole moves back home.
But yet he can't SEE the politicization and tyrannical overreach of a government that is out of control with mandates!
GOP on verge of securing red seat in New Hampshire redistricting

One more dirty, compromised Republican that sees what’s coming. Another swamp creature exposed.
“I was vaccinated on 12/16 and 1/7.”
As long as it was your choice and you weren’t coerced that’s wonderful.
In any case R.I.P.
this is really a cleaver way to “get out” of the cabal.....make some cabal favoring statement, switch parties knowing you’re going to get creamed at the voting both (whatever that means) and get to go home, free and clear.....
Bill Marsh, the guy in the NBC-Boston story this thread is about, is a STATE representative. Your redistricting story is about the U.S. House. So it's not connected at all (not your fault – the NBC story deliberately obscured this point).
A state rep switching parties is a total non-story.
