We live our lives with all kind of risks, some risks like driving a car, are thought to be acceptable. Other risks, like skydiving, may be deemed unacceptable.
I am provaxx, I work in health care so I was able to get my first vaccine in Dec 2020. I made that decision for myself because I understand the risks and benefits. I am not prepared to demand others receive a vaccine they do not want. My employer, a large medical center, now requires the vaccine as a condition of employment. I am ok with that, too. When I accepted my position I was required to have a number of vaccines (hepatitis, etc) and we have had mandatory flu shots for many years. I am opposed to the federal government imposing these requirements on private employers. I think that is the conservative position.
