“Voting rights should be limited to male property owners over the age of 21.”

If that were to become the norm, would we be willing to send our 17-20 year old men and women to die for us in some crap-hole country, sent there by some a$$-hat politician who they had NO chance of voting to put in or out of office?

No, and thankfully that was changed to being eligible to vote at 18 during the Vietnam Era.

All military service members could vote.

It doesn’t matter anyway, they aren’t going to let me make the rules.

The critical purpose for the original law, was to reduce foreign interference, and anti-American interference in US elections.

Generally, land owner’s had, and have today, much more motive to keep the power of government restrained.

If given the opportunity, non-land owners (much like the socialist welfare demographics) will readily vote to empower government to take everything, including land, from the owners.

As land ownership (with patents) is reduced, the people become more dependent on government for everything.

Through voting, a case can be made, non-land owners have brought America to it’s socialist knees, and to the brink of being replaced by global government architecture.

When government controls all the land, people become “livestock”, and subject to them.

It was always in the best interest of government, to neutralize the power and influence of land owners.
