The Atlanta Police Department has taken to social media to beg residents: please stop shooting each other.
“We’re hoping that people will see the message and think twice before they resort to picking up a gun,” department spokeswoman Chata Spikes told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
“Anger + Guns Adds Up to Nothing Good,” reads a Facebook post that pictures the equation’s answer as a flower-bedecked coffin.

Every police officer is afraid to make arrests which leads to this stupidity of begging people to obey the law. The gunmen know they will never be caught no political will to enforce the law.
They should erect billboards with Walter William’s directives for how not to be poor:
“Avoiding long-term poverty is not rocket science. First, graduate from high school. Second, get married before you have children, and stay married. Third, work at any kind of job, even one that starts out paying the minimum wage. And, finally, avoid engaging in criminal behavior.”

There’s your first mistake. You’re assuming these folks have 2 parents, which they do not. One if they are lucky, otherwise it’s grandma or foster care or whatever.
This is so sad its funny. Its like a bugs bunny cartoon where bugs is in disguise pleading with Elmer Fudd not to kill that poor rabbit and Daffy is egging Elmer on.
It is and has been for about 40-50 years. Problem is the liberals that were living there and helped create the mess are moving out and into the suburbs and even some of the more rural, small cities/towns not too far from Atlanta. And they are setting about destroying them.
One thing about liberals, they are so arrogant that they cannot see that they are the reason for so many problems.
Fixing Atlanta, was guessing maybe an Iranian terrorist bomb via Biden’s pipeline over the border. What a relief. Just let them kill eachother.

Killing the shooters is a start. Long jail sentences with no parole is another. However, it takes a Mayor, DA, City Council and competently run police department to do that. Ain’t gonna happen in Atlanta, Baltimore, DC, Philly, NYC, Rochester/Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, LA, SF, Portland or Seattle.
My advise. Get a legal gun and some body armor.

Isn't body armor for civilians illegal? And a legal gun (to carry outside your home or business) is nearly unobtainable in many "may issue" states, as they require you to prove a need to be armed.
