Today’s Big Tech tyranny is a dry run for future dystopian censorship
NOQ ^ | March 10, 2021 | JD Rucker

Posted on 03/10/2021 9:04:16 AM PST by george76

We look around as conservatives and Christians and think that Big Tech is really coming down hard on us over certain topics like voter fraud and Covid vaccines. But this isn't the height of censorship. Not yet. It's a dry run. Things are going to get worse and they're only going to get better on platforms that are not "woke.".

Things are really bad, right? Big Tech tyranny is absolutely horrendous right now with censorship, suspensions, and outright bans on accounts that talk about voter fraud, transgenderism, Covid vaccines, and a few other taboo topics. But as bad as it all seems right now, it’s only going to get worse. In fact, what we’re seeing today is just a dry run of the total control and dystopian policies we’re going to see in the near future from Big Tech.

There are several reasons to believe it’s going to get worse, most notably the fact that suppressing discussions of voter fraud is pointless. We’re on day 50 of the Biden administration. The appetite to fight over Dominion Voting Systems, mail-in balloting, and any other attempts to correct the results of the 2020 election are down to nil. Even QAnon is regrouping under different talking points. Censoring accounts at this stage serves no purpose. The machinations of Big Tech, mainstream media, the Democratic Party, and the various interested globalist parties have been fully realized.

The truth is they’re normalizing this type of censorship. They’re backing conservatives and Christians into a corner where we must decide between telling the truth and getting booted off of the big platforms or self-censoring and playing their game like good little sheep. Unfortunately, most in conservative media are still beholden to the Silicon Valley overlords for traffic and exposure, so most are playing along. Many have even convinced themselves, perhaps out of contempt for their own cowardice, that none of the forbidden topics are worthwhile. Therein lies the key to the accelerating degrees of censorship. If we had already seen Big Tech’s endgame, they would be lightening their iron grip. Instead, they’re squeezing even tighter.

The scary part is we do not know for sure what the real censorship show is going to target. We can speculate that it will be used to usher in globalist plans like “The Great Reset.” We can assume that there will be a further Cultural Marxist crunch on speech that turns any criticism against anyone who isn’t a straight, cisgender, Caucasian male is “hate speech.” But my best guess at this point is that they’re going to go after religious discussions. Just like in Communist China, backwards North Korea, and oppressive Iran, it may soon be dangerous to discuss faith in a Biblical worldview in the very near future in America.

On the latest episode of NOQ Report, I went over this topic thoroughly, playing off of my interview last night with John B. Wells on Caravan to Midnight. The topics we discussed for an hour and a half seemed to meld together behind the notion that the evil forces arrayed against us are driving the Big Tech censorship we’re seeing today. Our conclusion: We haven’t seen the last of this censorship. It’s just going to get worse.

Why is it I’m opposed to virtually all the subjects they don’t want us to talk about? They are attempting to teach this old dog new tricks. I’m not going to change my mind regardless.

For Christmas, I gave the grandchildren four books. “1984,” “Fahrenheit 451,” “Animal Farm,” and “Brave New World.”

Last time I asked, they hadn’t yet read any of them.
Too busy what with school and friends Zooming, and all.
Busy, busy, busy....

Maybe it will be their Glorious Destiny to re-win their Liberty at some future point; or perhaps they’ll decide to live as witless slaves. Their choice. I did what little I could in talks with them, and with some strategic book-gifts.

Perhaps all who love Liberty must needs bleed for it themselves to truly value it.

It’s just around the corner.
The unconstitutional regime is literally letting covid in here on purpose across our borders. Every strain is being ushered in with the blessing of the insurrectionists. This is like purposely letting the NAZIs into the US during WWII.
They need to be removed for committing crimes against humanity in the US.

we all lived just fine before online forums. Most people didn’t even engage in local happenings back then, let alone national happenings. Tech censorship does not matter. They are completely overplaying their hand and the net result is going to be failed business models when they drive their audiences\customers away. AND then, lawsuits from shareholders for mismanagement.

Recently read again the Book of John. It is amazing how little change there has been, even after 3,000 years. “Satans” minions are still hating and hurting others who don’t agree. As soon as Jesus healed the lame man on Sabbath, they hated and wanted to kill.
Solomon was right, “Nothing new under the sun.”

Excellent choices for identifying the problem!!

Now, give them the American Founders formula for correcting and solving that problem: a book that lays out the ideas of liberty which formed the foundation for the U. S. Constitution's protections for liberty! It is titled, "Our Ageless Constitution." If you would like a way to obtain copies of that now out-of-print book, let me know!

Thomas Jefferson's 1801 First Inaugural laid out what he considered to be the principles of his Administration. Mr. Trump may find that Jefferson's listing agrees with most of what he ran on as a candidate.

Note the important warning contained in Jefferson's last paragraph--that if "we" strayed from those principles, the nation should return to "the only road which alone leads peace, liberty and safety."

We are just beginning that "road" back. Determination of "We, the People," combined with diligence and patience will be required against those "progressive" paths which have led us away from the principles of Jefferson and the Framers of our Constiution of government.

(Excerpt, "Our Ageless Constitution," p. xiv, reformatted)
"Let us, then, with courage and confidence pursue our own Federal and Republican principles, our attachment to union and representative government. Kindly separated by nature and a wide ocean from the exterminating havoc of one quarter of the globe; too high-minded to endure the degradations of the others; possessing a chosen country, with room enough for our descendants to the thousandth and thousandth generation;

- entertaining a due sense of our equal right to the use of our own faculties, to the acquisitions of our own industry, to honor and confidence from our fellow-citizens, resulting not from birth, but from our actions and their sense of them;

- enlightened by a benign religion, professed, indeed, and practiced in various forms, yet all of them inculcating honesty, truth, temperance, gratitude, and the love of man;

- acknowledging and adoring an overruling Providence, which by all its dispensations proves that it delights in the happiness of man here and his greater happiness hereafter

—with all these blessings, what more is necessary to make us a happy and a prosperous people?

- Still one thing more, fellow-citizens—a wise and frugal Government, which shall restrain men from injuring one another, shall leave them otherwise free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned.

- This is the sum of good government, and this is necessary to close the circle of our felicities.

"About to enter, fellow-citizens, on the exercise of duties which comprehend everything dear and valuable to you,

- it is proper you should understand what I deem the essential principles of our Government, and consequently those which ought to shape its Administration. I will compress them within the narrowest compass they will bear, stating the general principle, but not all its limitations.

- Equal and exact justice to all men, of whatever state or persuasion, religious or political;

- peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none;

- the support of the State governments in all their rights, as the most competent administrations for our domestic concerns and the surest bulwarks against antirepublican tendencies;

- the preservation of the General Government in its whole constitutional vigor, as the sheet anchor of our peace at home and safety abroad;

- a jealous care of the right of election by the people—a mild and safe corrective of abuses which are lopped by the sword of revolution where peaceable remedies are unprovided;

- absolute acquiescence in the decisions of the majority, the vital principle of republics, from which is no appeal but to force, the vital principle and immediate parent of despotism;

- a well disciplined militia, our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war, till regulars may relieve them;

- the supremacy of the civil over the military authority;

- economy in the public expense, that labor may be lightly burthened;

- the honest payment of our debts and sacred preservation of the public faith;

- encouragement of agriculture, and of commerce as its handmaid;

- the diffusion of information and arraignment of all abuses at the bar of the public reason;

- freedom of religion; freedom of the press, and freedom of person under the protection of the habeas corpus, and trial by juries impartially selected.

These principles form the bright constellation which has gone before us and guided our steps through an age of revolution and reformation. The wisdom of our sages and blood of our heroes have been devoted to their attainment. They should be the creed of our political faith, the text of civic instruction, the touchstone by which to try the services of those we trust; and should we wander from them in moments of error or of alarm, let us hasten to retrace our steps and to regain the road which alone leads to peace, liberty, and safety."

It’s already here. The government is forbidden by the Constitution to create a police state, so it farms out that job to corporations in return for special favors. twatter, farcebook and goofgle willingly spy on citizens and suppress any thoughts that don’t conform to the official party line. The government pretends that it has nothing to do with it, but lies.

Banks spy on depositors. They are mandated by the government to provide information about accounts to the government. They are forced to know their customers and to report anything suspicious. The government then says they don’t surveil us, when in reality they do by proxy.

What next? social conformity scores like in China? Inability to open bank accounts or use credit cards or create websites based on conformity with government wishes? (Wait! that’s already here!)

Please don’t use the words “land of the free” or some such thing around me.
