As far as minorities go, House Republicans are in a pretty good spot.
Between the trend of midterm elections usually favoring the party that is not in the White House, a closely divided House, and a party apparatus ready to continue their expectations-exceeding 2020 strategy while Democrats rework theirs, Republicans are on track to winning back the House in 2022.
"It has the makings of what could be a good year for the Republicans when it comes to the House," said J. Miles Coleman, associate editor of Sabato's Crystal Ball at the University of Virginia Center for Politics.
“House Democrats thought last cycle was bad, and they’ve already shown they aren’t remotely prepared for 2022. We are going to relentlessly remind voters of Democrats’ job-killing, socialist agenda and the fact they would rather defund the police than get kids back in the classroom,” National Republican Congressional Committee spokesman Michael McAdams told the Washington Examiner.

Except for Trump when the GOPE won the Democrat agenda was still advanced, the only difference is the speed of the advance and when real conservative policies were being implemented by Trump your GOPE globalist fought him tooth and nail.

When the governing Canadian Progressive Conservative Party abandoned its base, two regional parties were formed. Instead of acknowledging that they made mistakes and reforming themselves, the PC Party viciously attacked the supporters of the regional parties. Support for the regional parties skyrocketed and in 1993 the PC Party was reduced to 2 seats in the entire country. The Republican Party is heading down this same path. Demonizing those who raise concerns will solidify their decision to reject the GOP side of the Uniparty. Those who think longtime Republican voters “have no place to go” are in for a rude awakening.

I swear I knew after reading the article that I would scroll down & 90% of the responses would be negative, ‘it’s rigged’, ‘i’m not voting’, ‘they suck’ stuff. Not that I’d argue that the GOP or most of its representatives are even remotely my type of conservative, let alone ideal. But I’ve been thinking about it lately. We always talk about how there’s an elite, how they have plans & strategies that they’re plotting & how so much of the population are just weak minded sheep that are easily controlled. Have any of you considered that they weren’t just planning Trumps ‘loss’ & They weren’t just behind the curtains pulling strings & orchestrating a coup. Have any of you considered that they are orchestrating your vitriol & focusing it on the GOP so that you don’t win any election any time soon. Obviously people in power are pretty good at Psy/ops. Have you ever considered that they know our resentments & are trying to divide us. It’s working. People here spend more time yelling about non Democrats than they do about the actual opposition. You might want to consider the possibility that by being led so easily into fighting amongst ourselves, you have turned into the weak minded sheep 🤦🏼🤷🏼
GOP will win. Trump motivated Democrat voters to astronomical turnout. Without Trump, Democrats have a problem getting their voters out.
On paper yes... but that paper assumes they will get their typical turnout... after the GOP sat by at every level and let an election be stolen... don’t bet they will get their usual turnout.
