From my research, these are Windows XP machines and there is about zero security once they are in. And they are.

It is almost like they hired a bunch of third world bozos to design their system so that they had plausible deniability when the jig was up... We had no idea our Windows XP based voting machine could be hacked. It wasn't us who changed the votes... in could have been anyone. We are all victims.
