The President DOES NOT need the permission of the Supreme Court to carry out his constitutional duty to enforce the law and put down insurrections. Time for him to tell these people to go to Hell.
Congress can, at the motion of 1 Rep + 1 Senator, object to any state’s electors. Majority vote to accept or reject the objection. If there are two slates, legislator slate is the one US Congress handles. But even then US Congress can reject the slate.
