President Donald Trump spelled out elements of his multi-state legal strategy to try to pry back President-elect Joe Biden's victory as called by the networks, claiming through a recount he would strip Georgia away from the Democrat's column.

Hi comments about Pennsylvania and Michigan suggest that he will try to find a way to throw out the results in the states. That would grab another 36 electoral votes from Biden's total – depriving him the White House.
By snatching back the 'blue wall' of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, Biden carried the states by a total of more than 200,000 votes, far surpassing Trump's 2016 vote margins in the state.
His comments about Michigan and Pennsylvania point to a plan floated even before the election where state legislatures would declare the count fraudulent amid a flood of mail-in ballots, then use their majority status to muscle through a set of electors for Trump despite the vote for Biden.
If that were to happen, it would set up a clash between the House, which Democrats control, and the Senate, where Republicans are one seat away from keeping their majority, over which electors to seat – with known results.

Some whistleblowers have alleged that ballots were run through the scanner more than once.
Here is the question I have and haven’t been able to find out. We know the tally count via software was shown to remove tally counts from Trump, as in they vanished, and tally counts were moved over to Biden from Trump as this has been shown via video capture of certain events. And for the life of me cannot fathom how a candidate can lose already counted votes other than that shouldn’t be able to happen. The question becomes is there a way to count the total number of in-person ballots cast then count the total number of physical mail-in and physical absentee ballots cast and compare the total of these two to the reported ballots counted? This would highlight the gross inconsistencies and also if found that there are more counted than physical votes tallied, that some of what the poll whistleblowers are actually saying has some validity to their accusations. Taking this to a judge would provide enough evidence to move forward with other allegations and a physical vote count.
Yes DUH to some, but I see many others here who are impatient, worried, scared, and some that even sound like they’re subconsciously ready to give in just to make it all go away. We have to help educate, and support them, and conquer the anxiousness they are suffering.

Finally, a common sense, simple solution to all this nonsense!
First of all, state republican legislatures do not have the stomach for it.
Secondly, Trump will forever be known as a tyrant who usurped a "duly elected" Biden. Although we all know that Trump was cheated on a massive scale, undeniable proof of this must be presented to the American people before any state legislature affected by the fraud will seat their own set of electors.
Fraud has already been proven. It’s the amount of Fraud that will be presented in court. And so far the President’s lawyers say it far exceeds Biden’s margin of Fraud.
I’ve been saying since the fraud became apparent that the correct Constitutional solution is to prevent the fraudulent states from certifying their votes, thus putting the election into the House, which is Constitutionally tasked with resolving such disputes.
Certainly, there would have to be significant, undeniable evidence of an illegitimate election before the legislatures would put their necks out that far. No one is denying that would be required, and that evidence is being gathered now. The reason the final result may have to be determined in this manner is, there may not be time to determine an actual, truthful vote count (specific number), that can be agreed to in order to certify.
Regarding your last point, would hell break loose, when all the MSM-controlled zombies are told Trump is actually still President? Of course, but that is no reason to let their threats or potential violent actions prevent us from securing the country and asserting the rule of law.

Nancy told us we would go to bed on election night thinking Trump had won but hold on the morning will bring defeat for Trump. How could what they planned all along be any more clear?
No. Has happened before in 1876 when DemoKKKrats stole 3 states by refusing to count black votes.

Evidence to us is not important, we already believe he was robbed. Evidence only counts in court and then only if you don't have a corrupt judge.
And yet without that evidence in court then the robbery is going to stand. I'd like to avoid that if we can.

And the House gets one vote per State and as there are more Republican States than Democrat States, the President will serve a second term.
