The next projected layoffs stemming from NBCUniversal’s recent restructuring are starting next month, sources tell Deadline.

November 12 is penciled in as the target date as company brass are eying mid-next month for the second wave of staff reductions to begin, we hear. The cuts will likely come in waves, one in mid-November and one to follow in late December or early 2021, with as many as 150-300 employees affected.

NBCUniversal’s recently formed Television and Streaming division, led by chairman Mark Lazarus, is expected to take the brunt of the layoffs.

Why can’t they name names-like a few sideline reporters? Must admit I’ll miss their ‘how does it feel’ questions.

Low quality, depressing wok “entertainment” results in low ratings, less revenue. ESPN is hurting for the same reasons. Poor streaming content gets ignored. Also really wonder what the true ratings and viewership is for their biased “news
‘ divisions that openly collude with the Democrats. Many more layoffs will be coming.

The post election bloodbath. The people who work the crooked media are the first to go. They probably didn’t expect it after they worked so hard to get Biden elected.

AT&T and Comcast need the layoffs completed before the end of the year. The severance costs have already been booked for 4th Quarter. So cuts start next Friday.
