Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., said that young Americans will vote for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, not because they think he is “their favorite person” but because they believe they can more easily sway him to act on behalf of their interests.
Ocasio-Cortez, a self-described democratic socialist who supported Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., for president, said that while Biden may not hold the same views that she and others might have, he would be more receptive to their ideas than President Trump.
"I believe that young people right now have a very disciplined activist mindset," she told CNN's "State of the Union." "They are not here with the intent of voting for their favorite person or voting for, you know, someone they think is perfect as president. I think young people are actually quite disciplined and quite realistic and pragmatic in their vote and they want to vote for who they are going to lobby. Right now young people are so clear on their stances on so many political issues that they believe that they want to vote for a president that is at least is going to be receptive to their advocacy, activism, and protests, frankly."

This is why we need adults running things. We know that younger people are mostly morons that believe they know it all. And yes, I used to be a moron that thought I knew it all.
If the media wanted to quit reporting what AOC does, it would
would be fine with me. She reminds me of a fella that was
a house painter many years ago. She was a bar fly. There’s
nothing wrong with that, but her lack of a grasp of issues
is problematic, and I think she could very easily slip into
the same type of dynamic as the house painter should she
rise even further.
Just don’t report on what she has to say. Leave the true
dufus to stew in her own juices, without fanfare.
To clarify, Biden can’t be influenced by young people because he don’t think voters deserve to know his agenda items
Too further clarify, younger students who are in deeply in debt, are hearing only that their student debt will be forgiven.
Their votes can be bought by loan forgiveness.
They ignore the fact that Biden isn't any longer the same quality candidate that was chosen at the convention ,
but he is, in fact, the face of the party who will be deposed soon after inauguration for Camila's revolutionary socialism.
When Democrats vote, they think they are voting for President, whereas in truth, they are also electing his successor.
