I thought it was common knowledge that Yelp is full of bad-faith reviews and smears.
Sounds like they’ve stepped it up a notch.
Yelp is the saving grace of capitalism and consumer rights. I don’t care what anyone says. Without it holding businesses accountable, all customer service would be in the toilet.
