YIKES! So if a couple of karen's get POd at your business, they might report you to the 'yelpers' and cause you some lost revenue? No proof needed? Just an accusation? Why not put warnings if someone is accused of being a pedophile? For the good of the community ya know. And, "overtly racist actions.". What about accusations of systemic racism?

I thought it was common knowledge that Yelp is full of bad-faith reviews and smears.

Yelp needs to read that hoaxcrimes website. Amazing how many people outright lie about racism.

YELP is useless. If I come across a business listing on yelp I leave a bad review or I click off of it and look for it another way. I hate YELP.

Thats already happening with other, non-racial issues. Yelp graciously offers small business owners the opportunity to pay them big advertising dollars to mitigate the effects - decent of them, isnt it?
Our company completely ignores this particular blackmail scheme, and we wish others would find the courage to do the same.

What, too many bad comments about the Red Hen restaurant?
Our local NBC news is constantly pushing viewers to frequent black owned businesses. That’s racist! In fact, the use of “diversity” today is racist.

Just more fascist mentality cloaked as virtue.
Humans have not changed, and when these things happened in the past, few of the constituent humans making up the mobs thought they were doing anything wrong.
In fact, they thought they were quite on the leading edge of virtue, which allowed them to overcome any pangs of conscious bubbling up from what remained of their human subconscious. in RadicalVirtue® you might need to break some eggs ... and lives ... for the greater good of the greater collective. Acting unvirtuously in the name of virtue is a sacrifice and hence virtuous. So goes human cognition, so has it always. intimately tied to original sin, which is the attachment to the illusion of self as reality rather than utility.
When the mob comes for me, which it inevitably will since I am not a part of it and hence I will eventually appear to it as an existential threat no matter what I believe, I will not hate the mob, but nor will I care for the lives of its constituents any more than I would a deranged rabid racoon leaping at me or my family.
