JOHNSON CITY, Tenn — On September 12, 2020, at 7:20 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to the intersection of State of Franklin Rd and Spring St to a report of a protester being struck by a vehicle.
The vehicle, reported by witnesses as a white Ford Expedition, had fled the scene. The pedestrian was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained during the incident
.The Johnson City Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division continues to follow up on this case and seeks information regarding the incident. There is a social contract and has been for 100 years. Walk in the street as a pedestrian and I will slow my car down.
But when the mob changes this and starts dragging people out of their cars, beating and killing them, the social contract no longer exists. The left ripped it up and will have to bear the consequences of that. Getting run over when blocking traffic is one of those consequences.

Even if they find the vehicle, what would the charge be? We can’t be charging people who are defending themselves, especially if the police are going to be gone fishing.

Good thing the driver moved on from this person attending a “rally” in the intersection. Police need to enforce laws and arrest people getting into the highways, period.
