According to witnesses, man with gun yells at vandals/looters to stop. They rush him, and short bald man is shot in head at very close range.
This same man is seen earlier arguing with people defending a gas station with guns. He says "shoot me ni&&a" and is really worked up to fight.
However he is not arguing with the shooter, who was not at this gas station scene. The shooter was defending a nearby car dealership, he knew the owner. Just to show his hostile state of mind minutes before the shooting:

The same group then chases him down the street.
He stumbles and just as they start in to beat him, he starts shooting.
One shot in the air, one shot that hits a man in chest who seemed to have just tried to smash him with skateboard, and one shot in arm of man who first stopped, then moved again towards shooter. Shots are heard from a different shooter and the original shooter appears to return fire in their direction. Two clips:
This is just my informal putting things together, I could be mistaken in my interpretation or recounting of things. Further information could totally revise the perspective. I'm posting this because other sources I've seen aren't putting these all together well.
I've read unconfirmed claims that a further 2 or 3 others were shot, don't know if by this shooter or from another.

me too and sad to say but when the police come to arrest these honest citizens for defending their lives really, they should go all Koresh on them.

seriously though I have been in a number of physical altercations in my life but I have never taken a life and I don’t want to know what that feels like
I got jumped by three guys once and I got away but they came after me with baseball bats. Thank God a car full of friends was driving around the neighborhood. This was when I was about 17.

but I didn’t have a gun and I was quite terrified that day that I dove into the backseat of my friend’s car :-)

I'm not sure the guy attacked in the street was the original guy being attacked by the short bald guy. Could be.

The guy putting the tourniquet on the arm is a video guy by the name of CJ. In a brief interview right after he was in a bit of shock. “I just saw three people get shot right in front of me...” It will be interesting to see if he posts his videos of it. He has his own youtube channel and posts a lot about the protests.

The police need to start “rebelling” against the politicians and corrupt, useless prosecutors by either refusing to arrest the self-defenders or by simply botching the arrest procedures and paperwork to make a conviction impossible.
I watched a vid of guys approaching to help the one shot in the arm. He clearly has what looks like a black pistol in his right hand, while he’s holding his right arm and screaming.
