Whitmer makes the most sense from an executive experience, swing state perspective. I hope he doesn't pick her.
A woman, black/white/whatever, from a safe state doesn't really help Joe. And he already has majority vote in his back pocket from states like Ca (Harris), Mass (Warren), Rice (Deep State).
