Status Update: Meet At The Old Mill, We Ride at Midnight…
CONSERVATIVE TREEHOUSE ^ | 8/10/2020 | SUNDANCE

A quote from Sam Adams is a good way to encapsulate the week ahead:

“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms.”

“Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ~ Samuel Adams

First, my sincere appreciation for all of your support as we have worked through a complex process of information assembly, travel, and briefings to those who we hope will step forward.

Mid-August was always the most visible date to determine whether or not DC still retained any functional way to self-correct from the severity of corruption that so many people are now familiar with. That date has stuck with me for almost two years; and so it will remain.

Long gone are the ‘hopes’ and ‘trusts’ attached to Jeff Sessions, Rod Rosenstein, Michael Horowitz, John Huber, Matt Whitaker, John Laush, the House of Representatives or Senate;… all futile in their efforts, perhaps purposefully so. That leaves John Durham and AG Bill Barr… and hope is not a strategy as we enter the final stretch.

If no progress is made by Friday 5pm CTH will first share the names of the primary Durham investigator to media previously briefed on the documents we assembled. From there, and within 24 hrs, we will make that name public and direct inquires can begin.

Barring some unforeseen shift in approach; and based on recent Senate responses to Sally Yates during testimony; there’s going to be no help in the delivery of sunlight from anyone on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Senator Ron Johnson and the Senate Homeland Security Committee is equally useless; and by now every American should know the Senate Intelligence Committee was an active participant; no help there.

I admire Sundance for doing this. He has really connected a lot of dots and thus placed himself at risk by publishing them. I have been sending his articles to many people.
My take away is each and every one of us has to stand up and say “WE KNOW”.
I will not be surprised to learn that those we thought were our media/congress/DOJ “friends” are not.

My only worry is whether Sundance is able to pull himself out of the weeds enough to build a layered approach to the information. He wrote once that the right approach was a layered link approach, and that was correct. The problem is how you do that when you aren’t in front of people force-feeding the information down their throats.

Even DC staff is going to be of the generations that don’t have the patience to absorb information. They can take in only the top, and each idea has to be simplified to absurdity and then hit over and over and over again until they can’t escape learning it. And the background proofs have to be trivially connected so that when they spread everything over a desk, feel overwhelmed and push it back together, it can be quickly sorted to be usable later.

Think of it sort of like teaching Schrodinger’s Equations to someone in half an hour. And hoping to test them on what you taught a week later.

thanks! I have been away and not keeping up with Sundance so I didn’t know what’s up with him - he’s been cryptic.

It sounds as though he is threatening to release info if the DOJ doesn’t drop something this week?

Sundance is always cryptic. That’s why I worry about his rising from the weeds. Peeking out from the weeds and yelling for people to play a game with you is a good way to get people into the weeds with you and involved. But the move from that to clear exposition is huge and requires different skills. I’ve not yet seen one of his posts in the type of exposition style that would reassure me that he can make the information digestible.

Seems like Tucker Carlson or Jesse Waters might be the type that would put the info out there. I think Hannity is too much of a republican. In fedgov, maybe Massie and/or Rand. Any of them ought to have the ability to wade through it and if need be, reorganize it. Maybe John Solomon or Sara Carter too.

Time is definitely running out though. I heard recently that 60 days before an election is sort of the official deadline for putting stuff out without it being considered a political stunt or election interference. What if, God forbid, the dems manage to cheat their way in and repubs, as usual, don’t fight back.

I would imagine if the truth came out fully and rule of law were applied in a just way, we’d lose half of congress on both sides of the aisle. I think most of them are dirty in some way and that a lot of them at least knew of the conspiracy against Trump. Does anyone really believe McCain delivered the dossier but Graham is clean?

Based on A.G. Barr’s interview on Mark Levin last night, the most they can do is submit referrals to a Grand Jury for charges. We still have to wait for a Grand Jury to convene and agree on the charges before we see perp walks...

I've never heard a newscaster do that type of information organization. Their purpose is different. They need ratings today and they need ratings tomorrow. So Perils of Pauline is more their style than World News Roundup.

As for their ability to wade thru it, I took a class with Don Hewitt of 60 minutes decades ago. He described techniques that few people use. Maybe I haven't watched enough current day presenters. My instincts are that you find someone with the right skills to layer, prepackage the pablum and spoon feed it to communicators.

I'm being affected by the news. I'm scared and pulling back and have yet to see the reassurance that rioting will be stopped, election cheating will be prevented and right will prevail over wrong.

So without bitt pulling me back in (I love you, bitt), I'm concentrating on falling in love with actors and regressing to the age of 14, going on 12.

Images of Bai Yu, who plays the chief of investigations in Guardian, in a better dressed role, in a not as great series - 14 is a wonderful age to be

digging into the CTH link bitt posted, I ran into a very impressive thread unroll by roscoe davis I wanted to get into the discussion. roscoe seems to have a good handle on what schrange is all about.

appears schrange is up to his gills in the swamp

All of Sundance’s long and very redundant written offerings are....murky. He’s about to do Huge Things. Just needs some $. As though Barr, Durham and quite a few fed prosecutors are just not doing the job right.

Roscoe needs to take a course or two on "political timing".

He doesn't seem to understand it.

Grand Juries have been happening. The Senate and House are only useful for getting info to the public. The fed prosecutors have been working on all this stuff for a long time, Durham was hired in Oct. 2017. It took Durham 5 years to bring down a big mafia family on the east coast. He won’t take 5 years with this, he has lots of help. It won’t take him that long with this bunch as he has much assistance. John Solomon whose info is usually very good says it’s start rolling publicly around labor day. Durham does not to “reports”, he does indictments.

They are running out the clock until the election. Once again, it will be on the shoulders of the voters to re-elect Trump, which is by no means a sure thing given the desperation of the Left (why they are desperate, I don't know since nothing will happen to them even if Trump does get a second term). All of these investigations needed to be put to a grand jury earlier in this year (at the latest). It's too late to have an effect on the election, so, as usual, the GOP has run away from doing the right thing.

Now I get what Sundance is trying to do. Worse than I thought. He’s quite vague, and dancing around some stuff he plans, without being obvious. Cates got it.

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1292856359025876994.html

Am I reading this right? Because Congress is useless, CTH is [checks card] threatening to reveal the personal details of US Attorney John Durham’s lead investigator to the public this coming Friday afternoon?

If no progress is made by Friday 5pm CTH will first share the names of the primary Durham investigator to media previously briefed on the documents we assembled. From there, and within 24 hrs, we will make that name public and direct inquires can begin.

Can anybody confirm first of all that account is tied to CTH?

Because if it is and they intend to go forward with this plan to extort a US Attorney into going public with the results of a federal criminal investigation by CTH’s self-imposed deadline?

I want to say this as clearly as I can: I completely disassociated myself from the Last Refuge 2 and CTH in the strongest terms, and if this is the latest CTH brainchild, trying to personally attack Durham’s team members, they are lunatics.

Nobody knows how anything actually works.

As I wrote in a column 2 years back, Trump and Barr had legitimate reasons to keep the investigators handling SpyGate behind a curtain.

They saw what the Clinton Machine & the DNC Media did to Ken Starr and his team.

One of the **easiest** decisions Sessions made when this all started back in 2017 was NOT to go public with the SpyGate investigations right off the bat. While Horowitz prepared the killshot for the RussiaGate Hoax, Mueller was allowed to chase rabbits.

18 U.S. Code § 1503 - Influencing or injuring officer or juror generally

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1503

Even after **JOE BIDEN HIMSELF** turned up in the middle of the Flynn frame, no leaks.

The SpyGate investigations involve some of THE most serious national security violations ever uncovered.

And morons are constantly pleading for updates and leaks.

I’ll say this as clearly as I can to CTH: you have no idea the fire you are trying to play with here if you are now publicly threatening to doxx federal officers.

This extortion scheme is literally the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

IF you knew how anything actually worked, and you UNDERSTOOD the national security implications the SpyGate investigations have, with multiple foreign intelligence agencies involved, I wouldn’t even need to explain this to you.

If you publicly threaten a federal officer in an attempt to influence his/her conduct as part of a federal investigation, you are committing what’s known as a FELONY CRIME.

It’s right here:

18 U.S. Code § 1503 - Influencing or injuring officer or juror generally

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/1503

Durham is already finishing up at this point with 84 days to go to the election. Brennan is being giving a last-chance-take-it-or-leave-it interview offer.

So of course this is the PERFECT time for people on our side to start lunatic gambits like this to try to force Durham.

As misguided as CTH and Sundance/Last Refuge 2 are on some things, **I DON’T WANT TO SEE ANYBODY GO TO JAIL over some stupid stunt trying to force Durham’s hand when we’re literally at the last stage of this.

I’ve had serious disagreements with the “Nothing’s happening and nothing’s gonna happen” crowd that has has now morphed into “OK some things are happening but they’re not gonna happen IN TIME unless we start committing felonies!” crowd for 3 years now.

I have faith in Trump and these people don’t, that’s always been the key difference between me and CTH.

I can wait to be right. I’m completely calm and having the time of my life.

They are freaking out and panicking, as usual.

It can’t be helped.

/end
