Dems can easily find a “Republican” judge that the Dems forced upon a Republican President with their “Blue slip” privilege.
The media will be able to trumpet an injunction from such a Democrat judge (to the average uninformed person) as “bipartisan”. So I expect that.

I think we should move forward with this plan. It’s pretty much what you want and more importantly it’s what people need/want.
