Monday on CNN’s “Situation Room,” chief White House correspondent Jim Acosta following the White House coronavirus press briefing accused President Donald Trump of “telling one whopper after another” about mail-in voting.
Acosta said, “Right at the end of that press conference, the president was just telling one whopper after another about mail-in voting. At one point saying that he doesn’t believe that the U. S. Postal Service has the ability to deal with mail-in balloting at election time. We just need to point out the U. S. Postal Service put out a statement late this afternoon that says, ‘The Postal Service has ample capacity to adjust our nationwide processing and delivery network to meet projected election and political mail volume, including any additional volume that may result as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic.'

Jim, it is the President’s opinion they cannot do it and it is the Post Office’s opinion they can. It is not a lie. The Post Office is in serious financial trouble so I think their credibility is not 100%

Mail in voting is a fraud magnet.
If you want to vote, show up. If you can’t show up, REQUEST an absentee ballot. It’s the difference between “push” and “pull”. It is critical that people “pull” a ballot rather than the government “pushing” them.
The default is that you show up.
Early voting is also a scam, but it’s not as bad as Mail in.
Of course the postal service will say they can handle it.
It means how many millions in revenue for them?

Worried about the vote not being honest? Go voter ID via pix or thumb print, then its solved. No one can be accused of cheating or preventing voting. No worries.(Well maybe the wanted felons and warrant runners might be a little shy to show up to vote.)

This mail-in voting is the ultimate hypocrisy. . . Rats wildly claiming GOP voter suppression while working breathlessly to commit widespread voter fraud with mail-in ballots. I guess we will see just how compromised many in the GOP really are over this issue. You CANNOT be for free and fair elections if you support mail-in ballots. The whole mail-in system is designed to support vote fraud.

Oh, so a “statement” by the USPS is the truth, unlike the reality of late packages and other mail, and admitted (I saw it somewhere; sorry but I don’t know where so I can’t link it) by post office officials that with coronavirus, they’re overwhelmed (online shopping, etc.).
I will look around and if I can find proof of the post office itself admitting that there’s a problem, I’ll post it.

Nevada also passed Ballot harvesting. This along with mail in voting is the one two punch for vote fraud. The harvester can even SIGN the ballot for the “voter”.
They will be counting ballots for weeks and months after the election. Especially in battleground states.
This is a recipe for disaster.

Recently sent a letter with a check enclosed to a friend living 400 miles from me.
It took 11 days to get there. After one week I called my local post office to find out why it had NOT yet been delivered and they told me that normal mail was running 10 days to 2 weeks behind because of the COVID VIRUS!

Indeed. I would also want some ability to fight mail fraud. Just delivering "whatever" does not seems sufficient. If the US Post Office becomes an integral part of this, then they ought to have some role in preventing voter fraud. But they aren't set up for that -- not at this scale.
