Recently sent a letter with a check enclosed to a friend living 400 miles from me.
It took 11 days to get there. After one week I called my local post office to find out why it had NOT yet been delivered and they told me that normal mail was running 10 days to 2 weeks behind because of the COVID VIRUS!
Unbelievable!
Funny that ALL my bills that come by mail seem to arrive on time and there's NO delay!
I have some inside scoop on that.
