Put a Biden 2020 sticker on one of the Bears collars and watch them change their tune.
I could understand a Biden sticker on the bear since bears tend to wander aimlessly........
you could probably get away with painting the actual bear with BIDEN 2020.
I went to the HAB website and put in a tip regarding the perpetrator of the sticker crime. I said the perp was about 4 1/2 feet tall, weighs about 400 lbs, is black, and very hairy.
