There is no law, just an executive order, one that greatly exceeds the authority of the state executive branch. Police are law enforcement, not king order enforcement. This order sets a horrible precedent if enforced and held up by law interpreting courts. The whole point of America is the rejection of tyranny.
I have seen canes with tasers, knives, and guns built into the end.
The 54 yr old woman obviously had a medical condition. She is so thin, frail and requires a cane to walk.

Funny, last month we were worrying about the destruction of the nation by race wars and CommieAnarchists.
Now it is mask wars that are destroying civility, common decency and common sense.. Even supposed conservatives and libertarians are at each others throats over the stupid damn masks .
It was not an election year and TDS was not a thing, yet.

That makes me think of some Blaxploitation movie made in the 70’s. Something like Shaft or Superfly. In such movies, it was common to see a Pimp or Drug Dealer holding a cane.
That cane had a long blade that would jut out of the bottom as the press of a button.

Any person that asks another person to adjust their mask risks a broken leg. It’s not what I would do but I’m not going to cry like a baby when I see it happen. I would offer the old bag some words of comfort but it’s you sheep that push for the extreme.
Any person that knocks a frail older person down in my presence risks dying on the spot.
