I have to agree with him on one point, and only partially. The actual filibuster, where the elected official actually goes and speaks for hours, should not be eliminated. The phony filibuster, where one idiot says he’ll filibuster a bill and doesn’t actually do it, yet holds up the bill as if they did? Yeah, that needs to go away.
