New York State Attorney General Letitia James signed off on a Harvey Weinstein settlement deal that included terms she supposedly promised victims' attorney wouldn't be included. The settlement deal that James approved was negotiated by lawyer Elizabeth Fegan, acting on behalf of multiple Weinstein accusers and is now off the table after it was rejected by Manhattan Federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein on July 14. In his decision, Hellerstein called the deal 'obnoxious' and said that Fegan 'was wasting (her) time.'

I despise Weinstein as much as the next guy but the majority of women who used their bodies as a stepping stone in their careers are no victims.

That majority you speak of in fact IS the majority of women who learn at an early age that the proper use of T&A will get them what they want.
I am ok with this because I understand the game. But what totally disgusts me is when they don’t get what they want and then cry rape of sexual harassment in an attempt to “get back” at the guy who perhaps was a bit to smart for them.
I was taught while growing up to respect women. Hold the door for them, watch your language around them, give them a compliment if you think it is warranted (nice dress etc)protect them from harm if possible.
That is all gone now and I treat women as I would a man since they want to be equal.

Yes, but he, and people like him, set the rules under which those types of ‘career enhancing’ actions were required. The whole industry seems to be a cesspool.
