This “peaceful” Black Lives Matter protester approached the driver brandishing his rifle in what was a clearly intended threat. The driver of the car was perfectly in his right to shoot the protester in self-defense.

“During a riot, a rioter approaches someone in a vehicle, in Texas, while carrying a rifle? The only logical path forward for an innocent person in a car is to shoot first.”

If the rifle was slung over his shoulder the shooter “may” have a problem but I doubt that. That would be dependent on the insane Austin DA. If that rifle was in his hands at the ready he constituted a deadly threat, end of story.

Man that picture is a snapshot of an open ended story. One would hope the video will have the answers.

WAS he actively shooting an AK into someone’s car? Give the driver a medal and a parade and pay off his house for taking out the trash.

Who is the chick at the driver’s window? One would bet that she has some valuable info.

Also is that muzzle flashes and reflections thereof in the snapshot? Like an AK would make? Looks possible to me.

Unless something changes quick, like maybe the blacks figuring out how they’re being used by white punks and doing something about it, the shooting will unfortunately spread now... But less in Texas and more in WA and OR.
