Party affiliation not mentioned ... 95% chance its a Dem.
Also arrested, according to the source: Neil Clark, founder of Grant Street Consultants and once called by USA Today one of the best-connected lobbyists in Columbus; former Ohio Republican Party chair and consultant Matthew Borges; Juan Cespedes, co-founder of The Oxley Group in Columbus; and Jeffrey Longstreth, adviser to Householder.
I guess the FBI only actually arrests Republicans
No he is a big Pubbie in Ohio.
Nope. He’s a Pubbie. If he were a Dem it would not be happening.
Republican.
He must be a Democrat or leftist Socialist since there is no mention of party affiliation in the first paragraphs.

Same corruption in New York, these pols are criminals.
Former State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver will be sentenced in June for his most recent conviction in a corrupt kick-back scheme despite the disgraced pols attempts to delay the hearing.
Manhattan federal court Judge Valerie Caproni set a June 25 sentencing date for Silver, who is facing time for wire fraud, extortion and monetary transactions involving crime proceeds.
The charges stem from Silver supporting a real estate developers position on rent regulations in exchange for bribes.
Then trumped up charges?
if publican.
The leftists at work again.
Bribery at that level is treason in my estimation. The death penalty should be in play, it isn’t, but it should be.
Sounds like he did some bad things with regard to monies for Nuclear Power companies or some such. Awaiting more info, local news is all over this.
Party affiliation not mentioned ... 95% chance its a Dem.

Nope, hes a Republican... a corrupt Republican.
I’d wager is connected to Kasich.
This is bigger than Covid...
The speaker, who one of the three most powerful politicians in Ohio, wields enormous influence over how the state spends more than $140 billion and can halt any piece of legislation.
In addition to earning his lawmaker salary, Householder earned income from Householder Farms, Peoples State Bank, Peoples National Bancshares, Perry Warehouse Company Ltd, and Householder & Sons Family, according to his latest filing with the Joint Legislative Ethics Committee.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine postponed plans for a press conference on the coronavirus crisis this afternoon due to the U.S. Attorneys 2:30 media briefing.
My first mistake of the day. He is apparently a repukican.
Republican. He was previously House Speaker for two terms starting in 2001. Term-limited in 2004, then won his old seat back in 2016. He was also under federal investigation years ago.
from Wikipedia:
In 2004, Householder and several top advisers were under federal investigation for alleged money laundering and irregular campaign practices. The government closed the case without filing charges.
Yep. FBI only goes after Republicans.
RATs are left alone.
A Republican or a RINO?
