The Philadelphia arm of the Black Lives Matter movement has called for the "complete abolition" of the police department in five years, the scrapping of military bases abroad and build social work from the ground up to tackle problems in the community.
For more than a month, in the aftermath of George Floyd's death, the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement has called for sweeping changes across the country in the bid to end racial injustices. At the heart of the debate, is the campaign to defund – or dismantle – police departments.
And according to BLM Philadelphia representative and activist YahNé Ndgo, the chapter has developed a five-year plan to do just that.

I actually read her comments, what an idiot.
1. Five years to abolish police, hell those cops that can retire will hang as long as necessary to get benefits. The rest will bolt for a new job as fast as possible, nobody waits around to be fired. You may have a year or two at best before there are no cops to call.
2. The most dangerous calls for cops are domestics and calls involving mentally disturbed people. Yea, we will just send in a social workers. Hope you have an endless supply of those.
3. Of course the President has the ability to nationalize the Guard and Reserve. Who do they think pays for their equipment and training. Reserves belong to the active force, Guard the state. So all that money you want taken from the police will end up supporting the Guard if you remove Federal control.
Stupid is as stupid does. Did our taxes pay for her education? If so, I want a refund. She be dumb as all hell.
