This is a juxtaposition of dead bodies, dead children, in the wake of rioting and general lawlessness compared to endeavoring to snare Trump into some racists gotcha trap.
Who cares that innocent children are being mowed down when you can possibly get Trump to slip and say something to destroy him with?

He didn’t defend the Confederate flag, he called out Bubba Wallace for running a hoax on NASCAR. He never apologized after the FBI proved that every garage had that door pull and had for some time.

He is not defending the Confederate Flag qua Confederate Flag. He is defending free speech. If we always concede a piece to the anti-cultural apparatchiks, it will then be former slave-holders, then white men in general, etc., and then everyone who is not them. The Antifa folks have already more than telegraphed it. We can't say, take down Stonewall Jackson and Robert E. Lee, but leave Washington and Lincoln alone. And it would be wrong even if we could. They were great men, long recognized as such by cultured peoples throughout the world.

The flag has been around for over 150 years BECAUSE the North and the South came BACK together....we received them without penalty...the war was penalty enough for both and once again we became "One Nation, Under God, Indivisible with Liberty and Justice for all."
The Flag is within the History of the South...It is not the History of Slavery.

speech that is agreeable does not need protecting.
bubba wallace has a right to his opinion, but not the right to end someone else’s desire to display it. NASCAR will attempt to ban it, but they will lose bigly if they try.
