Minister Douglass (as they called Ambassadors in those days, having received the appointment to Haiti in his twilight years by President Benjamin Harrison) would’ve opposed the welfare state policies of the Demonrat party with every fiber of his being. He would’ve rightly recognized the attempts to make slaves of them again, and that it would’ve damaged the family just as much as the actual institution of bondage did. He would be reviled by and disgusted at BLM/Auntie-FA and these other race hustlers and charlatans and anti-Christian Stalinazi monsters.
They aren’t fit to shine Frederick Douglas’ shoes.
Douglass' home in Rochester still stands (last I knew) up in the 'mansions' area, took a Halloween night walking tour of that area one time.
