Our country guarantees equal opportunity for all, it does NOT guarantee equal outcome that is up to the individual!! I have to agree. Black areas should have social workers in place of the police. Only non-black areas should be burdened with police departments as punishment for their non-black privilege.

“Give people jobs”? Pray tell, what are they good at? Calling people filthy names? Check. Self-aggrandizing? Check. Not following the most basic directions? Check. Reading or writing? Nope. Numerical skills more complex than counting on one’s fingers? Nope. So please tell us the basis of giving them jobs, and what kind of jobs.

AMEN. I saw a saying: No Police, No Peace and I can understand that belief to a certain degree. But the PEACE people are looking is only realized by being right with God through the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
They have to be offered jobs (no handouts), not given them; without them they are just poor spectators to this whole American experience. Jobs are the main reason some foreigners come in here with comparable education levels and even worse English skills but still outperform them.
What we are seeing is the failure to assimilate; at some point the cost will be unacceptable.
