TY for posting those reports. The perp in the first reports photo could have easily doused their own face in the process of squeeze spraying up high like that. I would be interesting to see what she was wearing when she showed up at the hospital to see if there is a match...

Why does the official incident report prominently identify her as “bi-racial”?

I understand when they provide a race for a possible suspect, because they use “race” as a stand-in for skin color and other features, which might be helpful in identifying the perp.

But how is her “bi-racial” nature of any interest to the incident?
