The Vikings as a business concern should stay out of this.
Why? Everyone should be condemning this including the local hardware store and the McDonalds. WTF is wrong with you?
4 armed cops with the full authority of the State of Minnesota behind them killed a man in broad daylight in front of witnesses and cameras without any conceivable legal justification for the use of that level of force.
And they didnt give one single shit. One of them did it and the other three stood there watching. This in spite of the onlookers warning them they were killing a man.
This should horrify every American.
Every single one of us.
L
3 of them where holding him down...after he was handcuffed and begging to be able to breathe. “I can’t breathe...Officer...ahg”
The one officer keeping bystanders off the street. Saying he is still talking... In the middle of the video with the idiot still on his neck one of the police officers starts yelling at him to get in the police car! WHAT! George says “I can’t” DUH!
When a bystander begging for mercy gets too close the kneeling officer pulls out his mace...defending his right to kill George!
SO VERY SAD.
Why is that officer not under arrest awaiting charges.
>> without any conceivable legal justification for the use of that level of force.
These horrific events will continue for as long as politicians determine the effective enforcement policies derived from the quid pro quo related to votes, pensions, and public unions.
Let’s start with outlawing public unions.
The public outcry inevitably solves nothing but to temporarily skirt due process.
I’m sorry Lurker. I respect your view, but strongly disagree.
Commerce is business. Business is to make money and employ people. Commerce is not a religion or a philosophy or a Social Cause where all concerned must sing from the same hymnal on the same pitch of intensity. NO.
Some companies do function that way, because they pay well and can get away with it. (Facebook, Google, Twitter, Amazon) But it’s wrong.
Chic Fil-A learned that bitter lesson. They are still popular, but from the moment their CEO made a statement considered controversial, they’ve been in a battle to remain lucrative. It may have been something to do with gay marriage.
> Everyone should be condemning this including the local hardware store and the McDonalds. <
Agreed, Lurker. This is not some he said /she said case, where the facts are still cloudy. That cop murdered Mr. Floyd. Period.
Some folks are trying to turn this into a racial issue, white vs. black. Its not! This is a monster cop vs. society issue. So it only makes sense that all of society should comment.
By the way, imagine if there was no citizen present to record this incident. Those four cops would probably be in some bar somewhere now, laughing it up.
Why? Everyone should be condemning this including the local hardware store and the McDonalds. WTF is wrong with you?
Why? Because of the biased and disproportionate reporting on this by the agenda-driven, leftist-leaning media.
If the media would give equal time to all the Black-on-White violence, and report fairly on it, then, perhaps...
And even then, I don't need to know (read: have thrust down my throat) the moral stance that my local mini-mart takes on every goddamn political issue under the sun.
Regards,
Amen. Well said!
“This should horrify every American.” — exactly and the color of the murdered man’s skin doesn’t matter. Floyd was murdered - and his life mattered.
“This should horrify every American.
Every single one of us.”

Spare me the fake drama. I’m a casting director and can easily spot BS vs acting anywhere. I can easily feel the white guilt in your post.
And it was done under color of law. The cops also LIED about the man resisting. Body camera footage shows he was compliant. These thug cops deserve to eat a bullet.
