There has to be some provision in the state constitution or statutes to deal with a governor that has clearly either gone insane or is abusing his power to the detriment and/or destruction of the state.

They don’t really want to reopen. The left is happy with people being out of work and living off the meager pittance that the government sends them to live on.
Oregon was not going to vote for Trump anyway. Just another example that the country needs cut off the states west of the Sierra Nevada, including the isle of pineapples but not Alaska.

Governor Phil Murphy of New Jersey made it clear that the lockdown has no timeline “whether you like it or not.”
These Dem governors need to be told not to expect any financial help from the Federal government if they are still locked down after a certain date. If their citizens don’t want to return to work, they can figure out how to pay their own bills and the bills of the state. Time to grow up and make the tough choices that adults make.
One of my Co-workers who lives in Gresham, told me they are not sure when anything will open up. Our Branch in Portland is running at about 20% capacity.

Let’s try saving real American lives by reversing this whole thing. Reverse any law or order passed during the past two and a half months and institute a new lockdown. This one covers abortion facilities, Planned Parenthood locations, and a variety of cooperating and supporting businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government offices. We will continue to ratchet up the intensity of the lockdown until the number of Americans dead from abortion drops below the number of Americans who die from drowning at nursing homes as a result of injuries involving pack animals other than horses while wearing llama or alpaca wool sweaters. Meanwhile, churches, pregnancy-help centers, businesses, and the rest of the economy can prosper.
Sadly, over the past six weeks when the forced isolation began, federal officials including the justices on the U.S. Supreme Court and even the President of the United States, officials who have sworn their oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America", have stood mute. These "defenders of the Constitution" (their primary duty above all else) have allowed these governors -- primarily the Democrat/Left governors -- to turn our Constitution into nothing more than a collection of high-sounding words on pieces of aging parchment.
