WASHINGTON A private analysis of cellphone location data purports to show that a high-security Wuhan laboratory studying coronaviruses shut down in October, three sources briefed on the matter told NBC News. U.S. spy agencies are reviewing the document, but intelligence analysts examined and couldn't confirm a similar theory previously, two senior officials say.
The report obtained by the London-based NBC News Verification Unit says there was no cellphone activity in a high-security portion of the Wuhan Institute of Virology from Oct. 7 through Oct. 24, 2019, and that there may have been a "hazardous event" sometime between Oct. 6 and Oct. 11.
It offers no direct evidence of a shutdown, or any proof for the theory that the virus emerged accidentally from the lab.
If there was such a shutdown, which has not been confirmed, it could be seen as evidence of a possibility being examined by U.S. intelligence agencies and alluded to by Trump administration officials, including the president that the novel coronavirus emerged accidentally from the lab.
The bats that carry the family of coronaviruses linked to the new strain aren't found within 100 miles of Wuhan but they were studied in both labs.
Photos and videos have emerged of researchers at both labs collecting samples from bats without wearing protective gear, which experts say poses a risk of human infection.

Wuhan lab Spokesperson Sum Ting Wong has denied the accusations in a strongly worded letter.
This squares with the earliest cases in France reported to be in mid November.

The 6th is a Sunday....the 11th is a Friday.
Curious thing...the week prior to that is ‘Golden Week’...a fest week in China. It had been ‘dumped’ by the government around 2007, and started back up (oddly enough) in 2019. Under normal rules, you’d have that whole week off (the week prior to the 6th).
My humble guess...someone screwed up in late September with the holiday period approaching...went lax on hygiene/safety rules, and come the 7th as folks rolled into work (having given an entire week for some problem to develop)....something serious had gone wrong. It might have been something minor as janitors coming in and cleaning some area, which was ‘hot’, and then taking the virus outside of the lab area.
Finally, admitting it was designed to kill in a lab. Now they are going on with the narrative of accidentally releasing it. This labs leadership shares a religious worship of the most lethal form of government known to humanity. So, the janitor did it.
Our elites have been war planning this and for a long time. And yet we believe the janitor did it? Cracking eggs and making omelets.
Trillions of dollars freely flowing to the cities of people right here in America where the leadership is no different than China. Cancelling Easter and traditional American freedom indefinitely? All accidental.
Funny how NBC never seems to run out of “experts” who don’t have names.
Scientists are starting to come out that bat lady lied about sequence that media using to claim virus not man made
Its a mystery sequence that she claims to have had but doesnt any longer
Yup, there’s always experts, blowhards & Trump haters on MSNBC too. Trust the pattern!
There are six authors of this piece yet not a single name or organization is used for authentication.
about this report, all “bats” are off
That must have been the week that US Army operatives smuggled the Wuhan virus into China.

"We are not prepared for a pandemic. Trump has rolled back progress President Obama and I made to strengthen global health security. We need leadership that builds public trust, focuses on real threats, and mobilizes the world to stop outbreaks before they reach our shores"
