Barak Obama is constitutionaly barred from serving as VP because he served 2 full terms as POTUS. Max time as POTUS is 9 years 364 days...IF a VP serves less than 2 years of a vacated term then two of his own.
Plainly, Zerobama cannot serve in the White House again.
Which tells how relevant the Constitution really is.
To qualify to be VP you must qualify to be president.

That’s my understanding too, that the qualifications for being President and Vice President are the same.
So if someone is ineligible to be elected president then he or she would also be ineligible to be elected vice president.
Since Obama has already been elected president twice he’s ineligible to be elected president again.
Then again I know the 22nd amendment does not address the specific issue of being elected vice president. I think it is stated elsewhere in our laws, that one must be eligible to be president to also be vice president.

The DNC has nothing. They are selling “Woof Tickets”. Their only shot is idiocy of American voters. A realistic win for them is maybe putting something out that can get the next election. Biden is at the least a place holder and prayer. They know the GOP is very weak in planning and cultivating. They already gave up 2024 and the Senate is not a given. Forget about the House.
Not even with super-delegates?
