Are Oshkosh and Appleton comservitive strong holds?
All the ballots fit to harvest.
Maybe that is part of their master plan. Now they can “take steps to correct it” in time for the Presidential Election. With Biden/Clinton winning in a landslide thanks to “the new and improved” US Postal system.
Is WI an open primary state? Are these selective non-deliveries?
The Democrats and Nancy Pelosi are complete and total hypocrites on the subject of COVID-19 and primary voting.
In Illinois, the primary election went forward over numerous objections, including that of the Chicago Board of Elections, despite the quarantine order being issued on four days earlier. The underlying reason is that the Democrat establishment believed that a low turn out election would benefit Biden and the Democratic ticket.
In Wisconsin, the Democrats were in favor of the election being held as scheduled until their efforts to dictate the rules and extend voting by mail were frustrated by the Wisconsin legislature, the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Then it was all so unfair and unhealthy!
Studies have shown that ballots cast by mail represent the biggest opportunity for vote fraud to occur.
The local Post Office can’t deliver reliably period....I frequently receive mail addressed to other people and frequently have mail items vanish.
I’ll keep going stompy foot on this: we need to get a posted online RECEIPT for our vote.
We should be able to go online, on & after election day, & verify that our vote — whether electronic, paper, in person or
mail in— was received & counted in the total.
That would help, but there is a still a risk that once you’ve mailed your vote back that someone will steam open the envelope and substitute a fake ballot.

If possible and practical, requiring ballots and their envelopes to have matching unique stamps or watermarks might make counterfeiting ballots more difficult.
