So you are saying that children and the mentally impaired have no Constitutional rights? I don't know many lawyers who would agree with that.
One does not need a permit to authorize them to use a God given right. If you need a permit then it’s not a right, it’s a privilege.
We're talking about the Constitution not the Deity.
States are not allowed to infringe upon one’s rights.
States do it all the time. Try yelling 'fire' in a crowded theater and see where that gets you.

I’m glad you understand I’m in opposition to how lawyers would think. The represent the large portion of the problem. I feel my life blessed that I know very few, either personally or professionally.

It does require imagination to believe that we have the ability to align ourselves, and our government to the tenets of the constitution and live in alignment with God and his plan.
The constitution should never be separated from the Deity.
