Fauci needs to pick a number and stick with it. I saw an interview with him the other day in which he stated this could turn out to be a "very bad flu" and have a mortality rate of double the flu, or @ 1.8%.

Someone tell me again why we have an entire country's economy almost ground to a halt over this? (And I ask that as someone who's immune system compromised and think all this crap is ridiculous. The fear mongering is so far over the top it's not even funny anymore.)

Fauci is not ready for prime time. They should keep him in a back room and some one should be designated to listen attentively and nod.

I think fauci is the one in the first place that pushed the shutdown and now he’s desperately trying to justify it with numbers off the charts. I pray Trump sees through this guy

He published a paper saying the same thing. Like a bad flu. As I recall, when Trump suggested the same, the media and Democrats went nuts. In fact, Pelosi is already threatening an investigation (after this is all over, of course) of how Trump allegedly downplayed this at the beginning and people died as a result.
