UNEMPLOYMENT payments were always intended as being a TEMPORARY help between jobs. It doesn’t pay the same as your net paycheck-—but you are NOT commuting to work—or buying lunches—or purchasing clothes, etc.
This kind of calculation is totally Democrat crap.
There would be NO incentive for people to go back to work.
Worse than the current welfare & ‘DISABILITY ( ???) payments.
There are already too many ways that people are scamming the system & NOT working at all & living higher on the hog than many who ARE working when things are normal.

This goes only to workers that were LAID OFF!!!... a 2 TRILLION DOLLAR package and they are worried about 600 dollar payments to laid off workers??...there goes any chance of getting the house back...dems and media will bludgeon them with this....
