IIRC Romney’s right-hand man, Cofer Black was on the Burisma board with Hunter (and deep in other nefarious deals in the region as well).

He’s right - sort of - in the sense that people are indeed “tired of investigations”.
We’re all plussed up on “Investigations” and “Reports”.
The vast majority of Americans want to see actual arrests, indictments and convictions, sending these crooks to federal pound-em-in-the-ass Prison, where they belong. Further, they would not take it badly if even Mr. Romney himself were caught up in the dragnet. His rhetoric has that odor about it.
I immediately got the sense when he was running for the Senate, that he was only running to play exactly the role he has displayed thus far.
