John Bolton Admits Last-Minute Impeachment Leak Was A Publicity Stunt

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton admitted Wednesday that his testimony in President Donald Trump’s recent impeachment proceedings involving Ukraine would have had no impact on the trial’s outcome even after sections of his upcoming book leaked attempting to convict the president in its final days.
“People can argue about what I should have said and what I should have done,” Bolton said at Vanderbilt University Wednesday night during a forum with his predecessor Susan Rice, according to ABC News. “I will bet you a dollar right here and now my testimony would have made no difference to the ultimate outcome.”

I don't believe him. Now that the impeachment fiasco failed, he realizes that he has burned every bridge, left and right. Nobody in the future will hire this backstabbing POS. So, he's trying to walk it back.
But thanks for damaging the reelection campaigns of Senators who did the right thing, like Collins and Gardner, you POS.

Maybe there's a reason why these tell all books should be banned until
after an administration is over.
Bolton had no more respect for the serious nature of the Impeachment
process, than to try to capitalize on it for his own financial gain.
That weighed heavily on the side of the Left, to impugn Trump.
Bolton has really destroyed himself in my eyes.
He actually thinks these revelations will rehab his image?

I’m no fan of Bolton, but the article contains no such admission. All he said is that he doubts his testimony would have changed anything.
