I heard about this today on the 11:30 CST radio broadcast on Fox News radio. As usual, Fox News is doing everything they can do to advance the Democrat party message. I hate those f*ckers.

I doubt the dress has been in police custody for all these years, so it would be possible for this woman, who has clear motive, to have, in the intervening years, managed to snag some DNA from Trump, and plant it.
Frankly, I’m surprised the dems in the house didn’t subpoena Trump’s DNA for their impeachment trial.
