After a visit to the doctor and actual measurement, I was surprised to learn my height was reduces by two inches from what it had been for most of my adult life.

Read it in a bio of the guy and more than likely he pressured the author to fudge his height. Whenever I have seen him in a photo he is wearing lifts so who knows.
