On the latest episode of “Everybody on the Internet is Angry,” the Hallmark Channel found itself caught between a Christian rock and an LGBT hard place. After the network ran a commercial from online wedding firm Zola featuring a lesbian wedding, One Million Moms, a division of the American Family Association, “voiced its concern and gave Hallmark the opportunity to do the right thing.”
Hallmark quickly dropped the ad from its schedule, but after complaints from “prominent LGBT celebrities and advocacy groups” and the rise of #BoycottHallmarkChannel on Twitter, the network reversed its decision, with Hallmark CEO Mike Perry apologizing for the hurt the company had caused and stating, “Hallmark will be working with GLAAD to better represent the LGBT community across our portfolio of brands.”
To some, it may seem this fiasco could have been avoided if certain Christian Hallmark channel viewers weren’t such sensitive babies. “Is the image of two women getting married so troubling,” some might think, “that you can no longer stand to see if Candace Cameron Bure falls in love with the handsome banker who was sent to town to foreclose on her parents’ cinnamon farm?”
But easy as it is to cry “baby” and “bigot” at those who don’t want gay weddings lauded during commercial breaks, the truth is, like most bursts of the culture wars, this specific battle wasn’t really about the outward issue. The problem for many Christians is not so much the ad itself but what the ad represents.

It’s “cool” to be gay for a lot of youth. They’ve been grooming our kids for decades.
You might believe it’s only 1-2% of the population, look at the 10-25 year olds - it’s closer to 20% there.
I must imagine, from my anecdotal experiences, that a whole lot of over-40 gals are gonna say “ewwwww” and switch to something else.

Well just like all advertising campaigns it is working then. It is cool to be a lesbian now. Personally I think it’s just the easy way to go for girls who are never going to attract a man. At least they can say they have a partner which really is the same thing, really it is. I’m thinking it was the advertisers who get nervous. I suppose it does come to its “always about the money” for some.

The perversion crowd mimics that. Perversion is a right, therefore, it must be promoted.
There’s a reason most successful societies required homosexuals stay in the closet and not be normalized.
Never, ever give in to homofascists. It is like blood in the water to a shark. Hallmark Channel dropped the soap and will never be able to satisfy the mob. Boycotts by hash tag morons will pass, but the people who actually watch their channel will not be back. Normal people don’t want to see homosexual activity on television. How difficult is it to say that homo lifestyles do not fit the programming model of their business?
Make no mistake, this is a concerted effort to eliminate anything in our culture that would remind people that we were a country founded on Christian principles. The Left has effectively, through public schools, brainwashed the youth to celebrate sexually perverse lifestyles. Now they are systematically attacking businesses and organization that espouse Christian values. They meet virtually no resistance to their plan. The last remaining institutions will be the churches.
Hallmark has lost our business and we will no longer watch their programming.
Hallmark Channel was pretty gay to begin with if you ask me.
Was planning on watching their movies Christmas day but once this came out I stopped watching immediately.

There’s no way it’s only 1 to 2 percent.....it’s now a fad and a trend, and when you combine the push by Hollywood and the vile left for years, along with the absence of Biblical teaching, young people have no problem going along.
It will be THE issue that brings about serious persecution of Christians.
I do not watch the Hallmark channel, but apparently, the cancerous libtard progressives are looking for something else to destroy or turn into utter sh*t.....
