St. Paul, Minnesota is 66 percent white. It’s 13 percent black.
And yet violent crime, just as is documented in every American citizen, has a well-known racial bias. The descendants of Scandinavians aren’t killing one another drug deals or social media beefs; those primarily descended from Africans have a strange proclivity to engaging in the opposite behavior of Scandinavians, though.

Neighbors in St. Paul’s Battle Creek neighborhood heard a group of men arguing, followed by loud pops and then quieter ones. Police arrived to find spent shell casings scattered across the road, along with what looked like blood.
Across town, Kacey Luke Feiner, a 22-year-old, turned up in the emergency room of Regions Hospital, not breathing and unconscious, riddled with gunshot wounds.
Within an hour of the first 911 call, Feiner was pronounced dead at the hospital, and St. Paul police had yet another homicide case in what was turning into an unusually bloody year for a community that proudly calls itself America’s “most livable city.” As 2019 closes, St. Paul’s homicide rate has more than doubled that of 2018, reaching its highest level since the mid-1990s.
The killings have instilled fear and unrest in St. Paul’s residents.
“I’m scared for my own kids to be out here,” said Darinda Lumpkins, who lives near the site of one of the shootings.

"Paul Kersey" is a very sick puppy to say something that ignorant.
If we are to get serious about getting rid of violent crime in the cities, there should be a policy of stop and frisk, and a life without parole punishment for anyone who is prohibited from having a gun over the age of 18. For minors, they should be entered into a database and stopped and frisked at will.
Where do you think culture comes from? Low impulse control due to underdeveloped prefrontal cortex, higher baseline testosterone levels, abundance of MAOA(Warrior Genes), high time preference and a mean IQ level of 85 are not cultural issues.Cultures are created by peoples, it is a reflection of their innate characteristics. Industriousness and forward thinking is a trait of Northern European cultures because it was a requirement for survival in cold climates where they evolved.

Yes. But sadly like Jesse Jackson said, late at night when he heard footsteps behind him, he was immensely relieved to see it was a white person.
We can not tarnish all black folks by these stats. But for survival purposes we non-blacks have to play the odds.

A USDOJ Bureau of Justice Statistics report about a decade ago noted that young black males (1% of the population) were responsible for 27% of homicides.
That subgroup, as a percentage, isn’t minuscule at all, and my bet is it’s gotten much worse with the influx of sub-saharan illiterates.
Looks like BLM and media didn’t get the memo.
As pointed out, the number of blacks who murder is less than 65 per million, based on numbers in post 8.
That is a miniscule percentage, 0.0065%, of the black population.
Beginning to sound a lot like the most unlivable place in the US.
