A lot of people on Capitol Hill were surprised to find when Rep. Adam Schiff released the House Intelligence Committee’s report on the impeachment inquiry that Schiff had obtained the phone records of his colleague Rep. Devin Nunes and published them in the report, along with the call records of other people, such as one of Nunes’ staff members and a former staff member.
Nunes told “Fox and Friends” that he finally had time to go through his call records, and he says they don’t match what Schiff and the Democrats put in their report. That’s not that hard to believe, seeing how Schiff has used an iron first to determine what information goes public and what stays in his bunker, but here’s Nunes:

Typical Democrat game plan. They looked for Trump-Russia collusion and when they didn’t find any they invented some and tried to frame him with it. That’s not working out very well for them. But they are slow learners. So they got Nunes’ phone records and looked for evidence of . . . something. Didn’t find any but say they did. By now Nunes is ready to go Old Testament wrath of God on them. Good luck and good hunting, Devin.
This impeachment is setting a very bad precedent for future presidents who can and will be brought up on nebulous charges for impeachment, as Trump is.
Fortunately, the American people understand that this IS a witch hunt. And that Dems are throwing everything they can against the kitchen wall to get Trump.

Have the Democrats thought this through?
Any power has or at least should have limits. That is the essence of the narrative used to justify the Trump impeachment narrative. That same argument, however, can at least in theory be used against Congress, and specifically, the Schiff Intelligence Committee. I would like to see a US Marshall arrest Schiff for 4A violations, espionage and treason, throw him in jail, and let him think it over for a while from the perspective of four gray walls while awaiting trial, sentencing, and hanging.
Also, California is a two-party consent law state, so any call that Schiff tapped into to or from California may have violated state law in addition to federal law.
Also, I believe that Nunes may sue Schiff in civil court without the need to wait for criminal indictment.

Has anyone thought this might be like the bull crap phone call transcript Schiff released later so president released the real transcript so they then could pick it apart now they have phones records in report are they hoping Nunes and others release the real records so they then have them to pick apart
Having been a phone-officer within the Pentagon structure, and viewed phone usage logs each month for abuses...I can say with 100-percent belief, that whatever log came from the carrier is absolutely correct. It may be that Shifty took that data and ‘carved’ off particular numbers to make some point.
If I were Nunes...I’d go to the other tactic...as soon as the GOP recovers the seats...all members of this House panel will have their monthly phone records (of their entire office and support team) displayed as a public record.

Almost looks as if Schiff isn’t using any process whatsoever in drafting their report. Just cutting and pasting whatever seems convenient without any vetting whatsoever.

There really appears to be no Law a Democrat can break and not get away with it.
What can be expected of a habitual liar and cheat.

I think if they can convict Schiff or anyone else guilty of falsifying records, that person, if convicted, should never be allowed to serve in government in any form, ever again.
