On Friday, police showed up to a young man’s workplace and tried to arrest him over social media posts reported to them by an old army buddy of the 28-year-old Afghanistan veteran. This man, known as Alex and popular on Instagram under the handle of WhiskeyWarrior556, slipped out of the back door, hurried home to check on his family where he found out police had already forced themselves into his home and confiscated his legal firearms after threatening his wife with calling child protective services to remove her newborn child.

For 10 years I lived in a red State, then in Nov. everything changed. Now what do I do? Virginia will never recover.

It began quite some time ago. It has not yet escalated to the large-scale violence stage. That would take a major recession plus covert or overt assistance from foreign powers to reach full boil. The second item may never happen at all. The first item is inevitable, and likely within the next four years.
Leftists dominate every major city in this country and almost every single cultural and economic institution. What they do not control outright, they can still heavily influence. They aren't going to surrender their positions voluntarily or peacefully, no matter what election outcomes may be.
Sad to say, a very large fraction of the population wants Socialism. They want to believe all those pretty little lies about all the wonderful free stuff they would receive. And it must be somebody else's fault that they are not getting free stuff right now.

Your most likely hot civil war date is May, 2025. There is of course a somewhat arbitrary demarcation of such things, and people will quibble endlessly about which violent incident marked the beginning. There will be plenty from which to choose. Check back in 2025 for a follow-up.
The Army 'buddy' told the sheriff that he had PTSD whereupon the sferiff decided with no medical proof or proof of any kind other than this buddys word that an armed response to forcibly detain the veteran to help with his mental problems.
You just have to wonder with the highest ever percentage of PTSD vets being 20 to 25% of these vets from just the iraq/afghan conflicts how many sheriffs it will take now to ensure these guys are not having any mental problems, or owning 30rd magazines.
His mistake was assuming he lives in a free country

The coup against the duly government can be seen is this action: Navy leaders are trying to remove Navy Seal from the elite force in retaliation for President Donald Trump’s decision last week to restore his rank.
