This article makes clear that under the Mueller leadership of the FBI, that same organization that has been the tool for the 2016-2019 coup against Trump, illegally co-opted, replatformed and repurposed the Flynn-Montgomery HAMMER from its very successful post-911, Iraq War foreign terrorism role (yes, I know how phony and double-dealing the Bush agenda was in that), by illegally seizing and impounding Dennis Montgomery's initial platform that collected foreign-and-related surveillance. I believe the target was the software, called "HAMR."

Software in hand, Clapper and Brennan would put an adjusted version of the software onto a machine 5x as expensive (and taking the time between platforms into account, perhaps 40x as capable as Montgomery's initial platform. But this time around, algorithms went to work on domestic surveillance targets, including judges, politicians, Congress critters and people like The Donald. All of that DNI Clapper would later mendaciously deny before Congress.
